Welcome to SMST.ro ("Service"), an enterprise SMS link shortening platform operated by BILOUD SRL ("Company", "we", "us") and provided under the LeadHosts brand. By accessing or using this Service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

SMST.ro provides a URL shortening service designed exclusively for business-to-customer SMS communications. The Service generates shortened links that redirect recipients to designated destination URLs. This is an internal enterprise tool — it is not available for public or consumer use.

2. Acceptable Use

The Service may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use SMST.ro to:

• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or any form of malicious content.
• Send unsolicited messages (spam) or violate anti-spam legislation, including but not limited to the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR.
• Redirect to content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service infrastructure.

We reserve the right to disable any shortened link and terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion if these terms are violated.

3. Data Handling & Privacy

When a shortened link is created, we store the destination URL, a timestamp, and the IP address of the API caller for security and auditing purposes. When a shortened link is visited, we record basic access metrics (visit count, timestamp, and visitor IP) solely for operational monitoring.

We do not collect personal data from link recipients beyond what is technically necessary for the redirect to function. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on redirect pages. All data is stored on servers located within the European Union and is handled in accordance with applicable EU data protection regulations.

4. Availability & Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. BILOUD SRL shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

5. Link Expiration

Shortened links created through SMST.ro do not expire automatically. However, we reserve the right to remove links that violate these terms, are associated with inactive accounts, or have not been accessed for an extended period, with reasonable prior notice when possible.

6. Intellectual Property

The SMST.ro name, design, and all associated branding are the property of BILOUD SRL. The LeadHosts brand and logo are used under authorization. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this Service without prior written consent.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
